By accessing or using Focive ("the Service") at focive.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Focive is a productivity web application that provides timer, notes, habits tracking, and group features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You retain full ownership of the content you create in Focive (notes, habit data, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your content. We do not review or endorse user-generated content and are not liable for any content created by users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).
